From Origin to Experience: My journey with coffee began in Carmo de Minas, Brazil, surrounded by coffee plantations and the moments that coffee provides. From the early morning hours at home to working closely with the producers, I developed a deep connection with every step of the coffee journey. After 5 years in Dubai, I expanded that base to the world of international hospitality, combining origin, creativity and global standards. Today, I bring this perspective to every project, transforming coffee into a complete and sophisticated experience.
